  • The Epson WF-7620 Wireless Color All-in-One Printeris a fast office printer capable of printing in monochrome at speeds up to 18 pages per minute in addition to an automatic duplex printing capability. This is possible due to the PrecisionCore Print Head that allows for print resolutions of 4,800 x 2,400 dpi and droplets as small as 2.8 pl. It also has functionality for scanning, faxing, and copying, making it useful in a work environment.
  • Scanning can be done at an optical resolution of 1,200 x 2,400 dpi, meaning you will be able to get detailed scans from your documents and images. Also, additional features and settings for scanning, faxing, and copying are available on a large 4.3″ color LCD touchscreen on the front panel. This helps quickly and easily set the printer up as needed.
  • Paper is handled in two ways, either through the 35-sheet automatic document feeder for certain jobs and paper types or the two 250-sheet front-loading trays that will hold most general purpose paper types. It can even handle sheets up to 13 x 19″ in size for wide-format needs. This system is durable, being capable of handling 20,000 pages per month. Additionally, the WF-7620 features both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity for multiple networking options.

  • Capable of droplets as small as 2.8 pl and with Variable-Sized Droplet Technology, this new print head allows you to make highly detailed prints of up to 4,800 x 2,400 dpi. It is speedy with the ability to print 18 pages per minute in monochrome or 10 pages per minute in color. Also, this printer is capable of duplex printing at rates of 8.7 pages per minute in monochrome and 6 pages per minute in color.
DURABrite Ultra Ink
  • Durable, water, smudge, and highlighter-resistant ink with quick-drying properties ensures your documents will remain readable over time and make duplex printing much more reliable.
Mobile Printing
  • With Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity and Epson Connect, you can print documents directly from your mobile device by easily emailing files to your printer. Also, scanned documents can easily be stored in cloud services and Wi-Fi Direct allows printing from wireless devices without needing to connect to the router. This printer is also compatible with Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print.
Paper Handling
  • A total of 500 sheets can fit into the two front-loading trays in addition to 35 sheets in the automatic document feeder for more specific needs. Also, the WF-7620 can handle documents as large as 13 x 19″ for when a wider format is needed.
