We stand behind our products and we want to ensure you be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers.  If you are ever dissatisfied with the products you have purchased, don't worry, the return/ replacement process is easy!  Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will take care of you from there.   All products carry a 30-day warranty unless otherwise specified. If the item is defective upon arrival, or fails within its warranty period, a replacement will be shipped at no cost or full credit will be refunded to customer’s account upon return.  All items reported defective will be tested upon return. If the item tests good, a 25% restock fee will be charged to the customer. Any unused items must be returned within 14 days of product shipment. A 25% restock fee will be charged to the customer for all returned unused items. All goods returned must have been properly prepared for transportation and be in undamaged condition. Please call or email us first to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you return your goods. We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior consent and all returns will only be accepted with a valid Printer Parts Ltd Returns Authorisation Number (RMA). Unauthorised goods will be refused. Refused goods must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be disposed of. All Printer Parts Ltd returns authorisation numbers (RMA) carry a 7 day expiry date. The RMA is void after this date. Credits will not be issued against the RMA once void, and receipt of these goods will be refused. The Company will be unable to credit any goods returned that do not comply with this requirement. Limitation of Remedies: If the product is proved to be defective, the exclusive remedy should be refund the purchase price of or to repair or to replace the defective item. Good ordered in error: It is acknowledged that goods are incorrectly ordered from time to time. At the discretion of Printer Parts Ltd these may be returned within 14 days of the date of the invoice providing goods are returned in a condition fit for re sale relative to product integrity, shelf life and packaging. These may be returned at the cost of the customer with suitable paperwork and details to enable a prompt processing of your credit note. All such returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
