i. How to place Order
1. All buyers who need to purchase goods from the site are requested to reach out to us and confirm availability of the goods, in order to avoid the emergence of temporary out of stock.
2. If buyer fails to do so, the buyer bears all the consequences.
3. For captured goods, please make payment within 2hrs, the price changes or availability change arising from expire reserved time of 2hrs, the buyer bears all the consequences.
4. You will be notified by us the product is recently marked as “Out of Stock“, then it’s completely on the user to request for Refunds or Wait till the items get available.

ii. Ordering
Understand the tags on the product page:
Free Shipping: This item qualifies for free shipping within Kenya (Product no longer qualifies if a coupon or promotion is applied)
OEM: Products made by the Original Equipment Manufacturer under its own name and branding. OEM products take on the warranty of the manufacturer and not of the vendor. (Coupons do not apply to OEM products.)
Low Profit: Products sold at a low profit margin. (Coupons do not apply to low profit products.)
On Sale: Products offered for purchase at a reduced price normally for a limited period. (Coupons do not apply to on sale products.)
Clearance: Final sale items or discontinued items at extremely discounted prices. All items tagged CLEARANCE may not be returned or exchanged as all purchases are final on clearance items. (Coupons do not apply to clearance products.)
iii. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
User shall be entitled to cancel an order booked on Printermasters.co.ke by placing a Cancellation request at support@printermasters.co.ke or by logging a call to our Support Team.
Valid Reasons for Order Cancellation:
1. Order by Mistake
2. Wrong Item Ordered
Cancellation requested by a customer will lead to a deduction of 20% from the total amount of order.
In case the order is already shipped then 20% + Forward Shipping Charges + RTO (Return to Origin) Shipping Charges will be deducted from the total amount of order.
We have all the rights to cancel the order without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever. (100% refund will be given).
Refunds will be initiated to the origin mode of payment. In some cases, we may require your Bank Details or Phone Number to initiate the refunds manually.
Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refunds approval.
